MOF Academy Coaches
Please apply to us by email, and answer the following questions:
- What age group (Under 6/8/10/12/14/17) have you coached over the last 12 months ?
- What junior tournaments or competition have you officiated ?
- What football related qualifications do you have ?
- Are you a certified in standard first-aid or any first-aid courses?
- What is the frequency and duration of every session of coaching?
- What is your per hourly / slot coaching fee ?
To register, email us at info@mof.com.sg with the following information:
– your Full Name
– Mobile number
– NRIC number
– DBS Account number for payment
– email address
– scanned copies of your NRIC front and back with full name and address showing and the numbers blanked out except for (Last 3 digits + letter) for example -> SXXXX203 F (Last 3 digits + letter)
– scanned copies of qualification certifications (if any)
– availability period / day / date / time slots
We require your NRIC scanned clearly front and back. This is necessary to ensure referees comply with proper behavior and in order to verify your identity and your legality in working as an independent contractor, and also to ensure all coaches comply with proper behaviour, especially when our Academy trains children of ages 5-14.

Football Referees
Please apply to us by email, and answer the following questions:
- How many games have you officiated in the last 12 months ?
- What level competition did you officiate ?
- Did you officiate in any amateur leagues ? If so which ones ?
- What is your per game fee?

We require your NRIC scanned clearly front and back. This is necessary to ensure referees comply with proper behavior. We have past incidents of referee taking team money (no referees are supposed to collect money – teams pay us directly) and running away with the referee. Or referees selling their assignments to other referees (which is not allowed).
